About Warringah Aluminium
Shaping Metal and partnerships since 1986
We began life in a single-shed workshop in Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, armed with one TIG torch and a head full of ideas. Within six months, Warringah Aluminium was turning back-of-napkin sketches into rock-solid reality and had builders, architects and a growing roll-call of local trades queuing at the roller door. The diary filled, the sparks flew and the team grew—today our fabricators, factory staff and problem-solvers call our Brookvale workshop home.
” I couldn’t be happier with their service from the team on the phone to the quality of work they provide.”
Most fabricators will happily cut, fold and weld exactly what you send them. We go further. With 40+ years on the tools, we know which alloy shrugs off salt spray, which finish stands up to school-yard scuffs and which bracket design will save you an hour on site. Think of us as part metal workshop, part advisory service—your idea lands on our bench, we refine the spec and you walk away with a piece that fits first time.
Custom fabrication in aluminium, stainless and brass
Repairs and renovations that give tired metal a second life
Design and consultation—from concept sketches to make sure we have your project covered
One-off or production runs, indoors or out, decorative or structural
High-end balustrades for a Paddington terrace, powder-coated toolboxes for a fleet of tradie utes. If it’s metal, we’ve probably fabricated it.
Our design-led process starts with a conversation, not a cutting torch. You bring us a sketch, a CAD file or even a scribble, and we sit down to test every angle—checking load paths, surface finishes and how the piece will meet the weather, the public or the plumber’s spanner. Once the concept is sound we draw it up, mock up critical joins and, if needed, weld a quick prototype so you can feel the fit. Only when the plan earns your nod do we fire up the saws and TIG sets. The result is metalwork that reflects careful thought as much as clean welds, saving you the hidden cost of on-site tweaks and second-guessing.
Now the ethos remains the same as it always has: quality materials, honest timelines and workmanship we’re proud to put our name on.
Tell us what you’re building, repairing or dreaming up. We’ll help you choose the right metal, the right finish and the right path to a result that lasts longer than the architect’s coffee.
